宁波子林机电设备有限公司致力于全固态感应加热设备的研发、生产和销售，现有超音频、中频、高频、专用设备等系列，功率从3KW到300KW，具有三十多种机型，主要应用于机械制造，机械加工，汽车行业等的金属加热，锻造，熔炼，焊接。广泛用于钻头热轧，金属钎焊接，热配合，高频感应淬火，退火，高频热处理，钎头焊接， 固化粘接， 热镦。主要电气部件均采用知名厂家晶体管集成块及德国原装的大功率高速开关管IGBT组成。以电磁效应原理，使处于交变磁场中的金属材料内部迅速感应出很大涡流，从而使金属材料升温直到熔化的一种电感应加热设备，也可穿透非金属材料，对金属材料局部或者全部迅速加热。

感应加热设备选型：
功率：功率影响加热速度，功率越大加热速度越快，根据实际应用中加热工件的重量和加热温度及加热速度的要求，选择功率的大小。
频率：频率越高，加热深度越浅；频率越低，透热性越好。应根据实际应用中工件的加热要求，选择合适的振荡频率的感应加热设备，以达到~~的效果。
Ningbo Zilin M&E Equipment Co., Ltd. is engaged in the R&D, production and marketing of all-solid-state induction heating equipments.
